I live in a unit. Can I still rescue native wildlife?

Absolutely.  Many of our members live in units. They care for their animals in contained cages and when the animals get older they pass them onto members with aviaries.  If you feel uncomfortable about caring for them in your unit, you can always be a rescuer only. This involves rescuing the animal, calling your co-ordinator who will put you in touch with another member who will be able to care for it. You could also help out by doing transfers between vets and carers.
